Welcome to Daily Bloom Stories. By accessing our platform, registering an account, or subscribing to our plans, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Usage Licenses & Accounts

• Membership Access: Free accounts are restricted to 2 unlocks per week. Premium subscriptions award 7 unlocks per week. Access credentials must not be shared.
• Personal Use: All stories, text, audio narration, and interactive layouts are copyrighted. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to read and enjoy these stories with your family. Commercial reproduction is strictly prohibited.

2. Payment Tiers and Billing

Payments are handled securely via Razorpay. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of their billing period (Monthly or Yearly) unless cancelled by the user. Refunds are subject to our refund guidelines and query approvals.

3. Custom Story Orders

When purchasing custom personalized stories, users are responsible for providing appropriate guidelines (names, moral themes). We reserve the right to decline generation requests containing offensive or inappropriate language.

4. Limitation of Liability

Daily Bloom Stories provides calming content for bedtime entertainment. Our stories, resources, and parenting guides do not constitute professional child development or medical advice.

5. Amendments to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms to comply with legal changes or site updates. Continued use of Daily Bloom after amendments are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
